Ice Robotics

When it comes to product photography the devil is in the details. For a company like ICE Robotics, our mission was simple. Create a large scale production both in a warehouse and onsite that we could then use to efficiently and effectively showcase the products.

On two different days, we built a studio, one in a warehouse and one in their office space. We brought in 1-2 rolls of large white sweep paper for the products to be rolled onto. Building the studio on location made it easier to transport the products but also saved so much time! Photographing large products like these isn’t just about making them look good, it is about discovering what angles and specs of the product that people want to see.

Our goal is to create compelling images that represent your brand and give value to your product.

Meet Whiz, the cutest little robot we know.

We have to be able to compensate for an in-person experience when photographing products that are going to be shown online. Our high resolution images include, full frame, close up details and multiple angles in order to show visual information about the product.

After we take them, we aren’t quite done with the images. We understand that taking it just a step further will increase the ways in which your images can be used.

It is very common for us to cut out and remove the background, allowing your product to stand out. This process gives you more of a variety of options to then place it on any background needed for web, social media or any print materials.

It’s all about the details . . .

Behind the camera & the final product

An all day shoot like this requires us to be adaptable and creative in any situation handed to us.

We were blessed with an ample amount of space to have an entire 20 foot of white paper rolled out on one side of the room, while also having a smaller 5 foot roll of paper for head shots on another side.

We duplicated their head shots that were currently on the website, but also took the time to get some portraits outside so they had options and can update their website when they need the SEO boost.

We decided to go with bird + bird studio because of our past experience working with Adam. The team at bird + bird are wonderful, very professional, communicative, and over delivers. We’ve used the image assets they created on everything! Updating our website, creating gifs for our social media, print materials, and more.
