Photoshelter - what you need to know

Photoshelter is a great program with lots of amazing features. But the main ones you need to know about are selecting your favorite proof images and downloading your final files. To help with that, we’ve made a short video explaining each and walking you through the process. If videos aren’t your thing, we also have outlined the directions below (with photos, because we do photos).

[ Selecting Proofs ]

You’ve received an email from us with your proofing gallery link, hooray! Click that link to open the gallery and let’s begin…

[ 1 ] Select Log In at the top right

[ 2 ] Log in or create an account

If you have logged into Photoshelter before, login now.

If you have not used Photoshelter, select Create account.

Create an account

Enter your name, email, and create a password, then select Continue.

[ 3 ] Make your selections by clicking the + sign on the top right of the images you'd like

A check mark will appear on your selected images

[ 4 ] To remove images, click the X on the top right of the image

Select Remove

[ 5 ] Select Review Favorites and make sure all of your selections are completed

You can go back to the gallery to add more before sending me your selections.

[ 6 ] Select Send at the top right of the page to send me your selections

[ Downloading Images ]

You’ve received an email from us with your final images gallery link, huzzah! Click that link to open the gallery and let’s begin…

[ 1 ] Select Download at the top of the image gallery

[ 2 ] Enter password provided in email

[ 3 ] Select All Images at the top right of the pop up

[ 4 ] Select Continue on the bottom right of the popup

[ 5 ] Choose JPEG Original Size to download full resolution images, you can also choose smaller file sizes perfect for web use.

Select Continue

[ 6 ] Click the link provided on the next page

Your files will download wherever your computer's default download location

[ 7 ] Your files are downloaded and ready to go!
